This 365 webinar with Tom & Ollie focused on the topic of sport climbing training and redpointing tactics. There were 4 main topics raised by the 365 Facebook group which were; - Are long term (15+ sessions) or short term (5-14 sessions) projects better for climbing progression? - How to determine optimal rest length between redpoint attempts? - Ratio of climbing/resting on climbing trip and how to train to have more hard climbing days in a row - What is the most efficient approach for quick redpoints eg. over a weekend?
