# Lattice Training

> The world's leading climbing coaching and training plan company. We build personalised training plans, run climbing performance assessments, sell climbing training hardware, and publish research on what makes climbers improve.

Lattice was founded in 2015 by Tom Randall and Ollie Torr. Since then we've assessed and coached climbers from V0 to V17 and 5.10 to 5.15, including world-cup competitors, first-ascensionists, and weekend warriors. Our methodology is grounded in measurement — every plan starts from objective data on the climber's current strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility.
